Our Holiday Home Rental or Static Caravan Rental in Newquay are beautifully furnished and they all hold the English Tourism Rose award for superior accommodation. Our Holiday Homes are for families and couples who wish to enjoy a quite relaxed holiday.
- All are equipped with the TV, charging points, built in modern oven and fridge freezer, microwave, single or double bathroom/shower rooms. Each holiday home comes with their own designated car parking area, outside seating & Wi-Fi is available to purchase from Club-Wi-Fi.
- Bedding – since COVID we no longer provide duvets & covers, pillows & pillow cases. We do provide clean laundered fitted sheets. Customers must provide their own bedding & bath towels.
- Travel Cots – we don’t provide Travel Cots. If you are needing a Travel Cot please advise when bookings as not all of our rentals will fit a Travel Cot in the Master Bedroom. Customers must provide their own Travel Cot if required.
- Pet Friendly Rentals – we have 2 Pet Friendly caravans available -2 dogs max.
- Check In Time from 12 noon to 6 pm & Check Out Time 9 am on the day of your departure.

The lounges are spacious and stylish, the bedrooms cosy and warm and the kitchens smart and practical.
Our new static caravan holiday homes have full domestic central heating systems and are perfect for winter use.
There are modern gas fires in the lounges which offer a cosy retreat, ideal to sit by with a drink and a good book.
In summer, each of our holiday homes have an outdoor picnic table for outside dining and BBQs are allowed onsite.
All of our Trethiggey holiday homes are nestled within established trees, Cornish wild hedges brimming with wildlife and wild flowers to wild berries and apples.
2 of our rentals are pet friendly (max 2 dogs)
