At Trethiggey Holiday Park we offer Seasonal Pitches which means you can leave your caravan onsite all year! No need to tow it for your holidays or weekends away!
Our Newquay Touring and Camping Park is open to Seasonal Touring Customers from 01/04/27 -31/10/27 .
The holiday park is closed to all Seasonal Customers from 1st November to 30th April each year with limited access by appointment only.
The 2027 Seasonal Pitch fees are £2800 – £3000 for the year & incudes water, electric and storage out of season with no other hidden cost!
Pitches 3-12 are £2800, all other designated Seasonal Pitches are £3000 with options to pay Monthly or annually. A deposit of requited to secure the seasonal pitch. Click here to view the pitch plan.
Large Pitches for a Caravan and Awning with Electric!
The pitch is large enough to have your awning up all season & you have a grass area next to your pitch. Awnings etc must be taken down at the end of the season.
During the closed season your caravan remains on your pitch at no extra cost! Holiday use only – strictly not residential/permeant living.

Security You Can Rely On
Our seasonal pitches benefit from controlled barrier access, helping to ensure that entry and exit to the park remains secure and restricted to authorised vehicles and customers.
The park is also protected by full CCTV coverage, providing additional reassurance throughout the site.
5 MPH Speed Limit
For the safety of everyone on the park — and to help protect your holiday home and caravan — we operate a strict 5 MPH speed limit.
Our speed-sensitive cameras help monitor vehicle speeds around the park. Keeping speeds low reduces the risk of accidental damage and helps prevent stone chips or other damage to caravans and vehicles.
Daily Checks & Storm Inspections
Our team takes pride in looking after your holiday home when you’re not here. Staff check on caravans each day, helping us identify any potential issues as early as possible.
Following periods of strong winds or storms, we also carry out additional checks across the park to make sure caravans and pitches are safe and secure.

Best of all, there’s no additional charge for our security, daily checks or storm inspections.

* Open High Season. If you are interested in a Seasonal Pitch email us with your name, mobile number, caravan/motorhome size, if you have an awning & what date & time you would like to arrange a viewing to enquiries@trethiggey.co.uk. A 10% deposit is required to secure a seasonal pitch & final balance is due to be paid in full before your date of arrival. Deposits are deducted from your final balance. The use of a seasonal pitch is for holiday use only & we do not allow residential use as stated in our Terms & Conditions. All Seasonal customers are also required to read & sign a copy of our Seasonal T&Cs & also submit a copy of their caravan insurance.
