Terms and Conditions – Static Holiday Caravan Hire and Holiday Let
Your agreement is with Trethiggey Holiday Park Ltd and any reference to ‘us`, ‘we`, and ‘our` in these terms and conditions are to this company. References to ‘you` are to the person making this booking and members of your party where applicable.

Deposits & Payments
Bookings require a £50 deposit, and the balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival date unless your booking is less than 4 weeks before your booking arrival date then it must be paid in full when booked. If the balance has not been paid by the due date, then we will assume it has been cancelled and the accommodation will be re-let to someone else with the loss of the deposit paid.

All Accommodations
We will only accept bookings if you are 21 years and over. The person making the booking is responsible for all members of your party including visitors. Couples / families only accepted. All bookings made are subject to our Terms and Conditions. The hirer has an obligation to abide by our conditions of booking which is essential for the enjoyment of others on the park and for good management.

Check-In
You can check in to your accommodation from 12 noon to 6 pm.

Self-Catering
The accommodation is fully self-catering equipped with Gas Central Heating & Irons & ironing boards are not included in the accommodation. There is a hoover/brush & dustpan available in the accommodation for you to use. There is a TV in the accommodation which is Freeview. Wi-Fi is not provided & must be purchased from the provider Club Wi-Fi.

Departure Day
You must vacate the accommodation by 9 am. Sorry Late Check Outs are not available.

Removal of all items & rubbish
Please remove all personal items, bedding & food items from the accommodation when you leave. All and any rubbish should be removed from inside & outside the accommodation be placed in a bins on and around the park. Please do not leave ANY rubbish inside for the cleaners to remove. If you leave early, before reception is open, you can post the key through the letter box at Reception.
The accommodation must be left clean & tidy as it was when you checked in. If the accommodation is left in an unacceptable state, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee £100 & may affect your future bookings with the holiday park.
