Its the ideal Holiday Home Rental in Newquay Cornwall in the lovely village of Quintrell Downs with 2 local Cornish pubs just a short walk up the road and a local village shop and post office some 400 meters with the fantastic Two Clombs around 10 minutes walk We have a bust stop outside the park and we are a few minutes from the best beach breaks in Cornwall.

Holiday Home Rental in Newquay Cornwall is the annex of the owners Cornish cottage with its own private parking space, large gardens with outdoor seating and a small BBQ. The holiday let looks out over the A3058 a small quite road most of the time and into beautiful farmers fields with a distant sea view.
Your always in good hands and secure on our touring and camping park as the holiday cottage adjoins onto the manages cottage so its not a party house but a place to relax and unwind after a epic day in Newquay or exploring Cornwall.
Being on the A3058 means you can turn left and head to anywhere in Cornwall via the A30 or turn right and head into Newquay and the surrounding area with bus stops just outside the holiday park.
Featuring a NEW kitchen and Appliances for 2024
Our Newquay holiday let has a large kitchen that was refurbished in August 2024 with a brand new hob and oven with a built in toaster, ideal for cooking the family meals or making avo on toast in the morning before an epic surf session.
The cottage is also pet friendly and we have a large dog bed and dog bowls in the kitchen so your fury friend can live their best life.
There is plenty of space to put your snacks and meals along with a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar caddies but contents not included.
The kitchen has a new fridge freezer which is ideal for keeping your drinks chilled, ice pops extra chilled or maybe a bottle of wine or three.
Cornish Cottage Vibes and Plenty of Family Space
Our Holiday Home Rental in Newquay Cornwall has a large dining space which is ideal for family feats of fresh local seafood or enjoying a relaxing candle lit meal or for entertaining the family or playing games or even using it to do some laptop work.
The dining room has a country vibe with a large pine table 6 chairs large chairs for you and your guests.
It has a large farmhouse dresser with old china for display that adds to the country charm and country vibe.
The large space has plenty of lighting and room to enjoy with the full family without being under each others feet.
The holiday cottage’s snug is the perfect place to lounge and chill after a day of exploring Newquay, playing in the surf or just to catch up with your favourite TV shows with many TV channels and you can also hot spot to the TV as its SMART TV equipped.
The lounge has two comfy high end leather sofas which comprises of 2 large 2 seaters with a snuggle blanket to relax with. Just pour a glass of wine, click on the TV and chill.
If it is chilly though as our holiday let is available all year long, then we have gas central heating which is a rarity here in Cornwall with 80% off property only having electric heating! We have a warming gas fire that you can relax by and warm up! The holiday also has many radiators to help keep the cottage lovely and warm.
The lounge has French patio doors leading into the side garden and perfect for hot days!
Two Double Bedrooms, Sleeps 4 People!
Our Holiday Home Rental in Newquay Cornwall sleeps up to 4 people with plenty of room for the whole family.
The holiday let has a large double bed in bedroom 1 with a wardrobe, sofa, radiator and mirror. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with some lovely views of the countryside.
Large Outdoor BBQ Area and Table with Gardens
The Holiday Home Rental in Newquay Cornwall has a large area that during the day is a sun trap and the sun moves around the whole building catching the sun all day long for them that love to sunbath.
The garden features a large wooden bench and table sea with a small BBQ which is ideal for cooking your bangers. You are welcome to bring your own BBQ but we do not allow fires at the holiday let.

The cottage has lots of space for your fury friend to enjoy but we do ask that you clean up any dog mess but the holiday park has a large dog walk with 3 lakes to enjoy.
