Welcome to Trethiggey Holiday Park in Newquay. We hope you have a lovely stay here with us. We have put together a few things that may help you while you are in Newquay. If you need any help, please pop into Reception or see a member of staff. You can click here to view the Holiday Park Rules.
We welcome arrivals between 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please note: We are unable to accommodate late arrivals after 6:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving close to or after 6:00 PM, please call ahead—Reception will be closed, and check-in will not be possible without prior arrangement.


Parents & Guardians – You are responsible for your children’s behaviour while on-site. Children must be supervised in the play area, pool, ping pong room, and lakes area. Please ensure they are quietly back at your pitch by 10:00 PM. Quiet time starts at 10:30 PM.
We love seeing your furry friends enjoying their holiday! However, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, including at your pitch, near the lakes, and in the dog walking field. Off-lead dogs are not permitted anywhere on-site.


The site-wide speed limit is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully. No vehicle movement is allowed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to avoid disturbing others. If you arrive late, please park near Reception and walk to your pitch.
Our main toilet and shower block is located at the top of the Holiday Park. Facilities are cleaned twice daily with regular spot checks. Children must be supervised when using these facilities. Please report any issues to Reception.


Dishwashing areas are available at the top and bottom of the park. Guest fridge/freezers are available in the laundry room for shared use.
Laundry Room (top of the park) is open 24 hours. Washers and dryers are coin operated; change available at Reception. No washing lines allowed for health and safety reasons. You may use foldable camping rotary dryer. A large communal rotary dryer is located behind the top shower block.


We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of your neighbours—remember, tents and caravans are not soundproof. Loud or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Generators are not allowed on-site. Anyone being disruptive or abusive will be asked to leave the park
For children under 12 years old only. Adult supervision required at all times. No bikes, scooters, or ride-ons allowed in the play park. Park closes at 10 PM. No bike or scooter riding after dark, as this can be dangerous


You may park one car on your pitch. Additional cars must be parked in designated bays around the park. Please avoid parking on grass after heavy rain—you might get stuck! Do not park on other pitches, even if they look empty. If unsure, ask Reception.
Please use one of the three main bin bays for household waste and recycling. Do not leave rubbish bags, bins, or litter on your pitch—seagulls will tear them apart and make a mess! Do not dispose of camping gear, electrical appliances, or furniture in the bins.


The Lakes area are for everyone to enjoy but due to safety issues children are NOT allowed at the lakes are unless accompanied by an adult. The lakes are deep and can be dangerous. Children must be supervised at all times in the lakes area for their safety.
Open fires are strictly prohibited across the Holiday Park. BBQs are welcome, but please: Keep them off the grass to prevent scorching. Use the BBQ blocks provided at the top and bottom of the park. Let BBQs cool completely before disposing of coals in the BIN area. Never dispose of coals in hedgerows or bushes.

The nearest shop is the SPAR, located just down the road at the roundabout. Open until 10 PM most nights and within walking distance from the park.
