Dogs – Strictly  a Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per booking. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times while on the holiday park, this includes in the lakes area & dog walk area. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs also. Dogs are not allowed in the Toilet & Shower blocks. CCTV covers the holiday park. Customers who do not follow these rules will have their booking cancelled without refund & will be asked to leave the holiday park.  We have a restriction on certain breeds of dog. These include Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero or crosses of the same

No Group Bookings – Trethiggey Holiday Park accepts families & couple bookings only.  Strictly NO group bookings allowed of any kind. All group bookings will be cancelled & will not be permitted to check in. Managers decision is final.

Arrivals 10.30 am & 6 pm – Strictly no arrivals after 6 pm.  If you arrive after 6 pm you wont be allowed to check-in.  Please plan you arrival time prior to your trip.

Quiet time is 10.30 pm to 8 am – Loud & noisy campers will be asked to leave without refund. Please respect your neighbours.

No Vehicle Movement 11 pm to 8 am – Vehicle movement is prohibited in, out or around the holiday park between 11 pm & 8 am.  If you arrive after 11 pm please park in Reception & walk to your pitch.

Pitches with Electrical Hook-Ups – We allow 1 electric hook-up per pitch & do not allow splitters to be used.  If you require use of an additional hook-up there is an extra charge of £8 per night & extra hook-ups are subject to availability.  Any extra hook-ups plugged in will be removed if not paid for in-advance.

We’re here to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Before you book please ensure you have read the Booking Terms & Conditions and Park Rules . When you book you are agreeing to our terms & conditions in full.

Strictly No Late Arrivals –  We allow arrivals & check-in’s between 10.30 am & 6 pm Monday to Saturday.  If you arrive after 6 pm you wont be allowed to check in.  We ask that you select your arrival time when you book so we know what time to expect you.  If you arrive late with out without prior notice you wont be allowed to check-in until the following day.  Please pre-plan plan your arrival time for your trip.

Deposit – A  deposit is required to secure your booking (Camping & Touring £30 & Static Caravans £50) . For on-line bookings, where no deposit has been paid, your booking will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours by the booking system. Deposits are non-refundable & deducted from the balance. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Final Balance – All holidays must be paid for in full 30 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required. Any bookings where the balance has not been paid may be cancelled prior to your arrival.

No Payments On Arrival – We do not allow you to pay for you holiday when you arrive, all balances must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival in full. You can pay your balance by logging onto your Anytime account which you will create when you book or you call the office to pay card 01637 877 672 (during office hours). We also accept Bank Transfer payments.

Changes to your booking – If you need to amend your booking please note an admin fee may be required.

1 Unit Per pitch – We allow 1 unit per pitch i.e. 1 tent, 1 caravan, 1 camper van or 1 motorhome.  We don’t allow multiple units on a pitch i.e. 2 or more tents or a tent & a campervan due to the size of the vehicles & units. If you have multiple tents/units for example you will need to book multiple pitches (subject to availability).  If you decide to change your unit you are staying in, please advise ASAP to ensure the pitch you are booked on is suitable.  If you arrive with a different unit that you originally booked we may not be able to pitch you.

Cars – We allow park 1 car per pitch.  Any extra cars must be paid for & booked in when you book online or prior to your arrival & parked in a marked parking bay on the holiday park.  We do not allow Sign-Witten Commercial vehicles to be parked anywhere onsite.
